I only read pitchfork for the news, since they keep it up to date.

I love love love the Daytrotter also. agreed, i only poke around pitchfork for the up to date news, not it's attached elitist opinions i met some pitchfork dudes at a harry and the potters show they were filming. they seemed to fit this topic's description quite well.

I occasionally stop by Pitchfork. I occasionally talk to one of the writers, but mostly because of the band he's in. (Matt LaMay of Get Him Eat Him)
Daytrotter is awesome. So many nice additions to my iTunes.

I read pitchfork for the news since they are always really up to date with bands but the reviews are usually pretentious or wrong or both
