Video teaser for the new album. It's a sort of making-of that was videoed while they were at Smart Studios during Sept 2009. No talking on this one, but it does feature the first public clip of how "Back in the Saddle" will sound on the new album. www.youtube.com/watch?v=-zHV-YTx1dU--------- Hey Ray, that new SSLYBY song "Back to You" (that I'm pretty sure isn't on the album) you can buy by clicking on "Add to Cart" on the right side of the page. www.indiecater.com/fast-forward-an-indie-music-companion-to-south-africa-2010/ I don't think it was available to buy previously that's why we couldn't find the link before now.

I'm trying to transcribe the lyrics for "Sink / Let It Sway" and I've almost got it, but I could use help on a few parts:
"......." indicates that I have no clue what is being said

I think this... might be... And this is hard to tell... but it might something like... P.S. If you click on the image of the bonus items (poster, button, sticker, etc) it lists the names of the three bonus songs www.polyvinylrecords.com/store/index.php?id=1084

Thanks Sarah. You're definitely right on with the first one. Don't know how I couldn't make that one out. Seemed so clear after I read it.
And I just pre-ordered mine too with the t-shirt package.

It's like Broom and Pershing got married, moved to southern California, had a kid, and that really cool kid is "Sink/Let it Sway."

Pre-ordered my peach vinyl even though I don't have a record player.
I wonder which song is the reworking of the really old one phil was talking about.

This song is amazing. Lyrics from what I can hear: Wasn't the pulse just rocking us No sense in us pretending There was a connection Was it everything, I didn't know (?) Information driving under them Twist up the words in my mouth Really twist them up, don't be shy I want to know how it feels to be the other guy ??....and no lie I may have a problem I know why you backed out My pride would not let me be wrong ever Somebody has to bend Oh Everlyn, won't you let me in See now the words on my tongue See now the tears and then Oh Everlyn, won't you let me in Oh Everlyn, won't you let me back in I may have a problem I know why you backed out, backed out My pride will not let me be wrong ever would not let me be wrong ever

It might be this... Was it everything, I didn't know (?) Information driving under them Was it everything, birds in a row Information traveling under them ??....and no lie All gung ho...and no lie I know why you backed out, backed out I know why you backed down, backed down P.S. The people who do the band's publicity have a great page up about the band where they talk about the recording process for the new album: www.230publicity.com/sslyby.html This is a bit long, but I thought it would be fun to save it here on the forum since it's a SSLYBY page, not a "Let it Sway" page, so it's bound to change some time in the future

Hi, I don't think I've posted on here before, but I've been lurking around for months, haha.
So excited for this new record. I can't tell how many times I've listened to the new tracks.
