I like pizza.
And Pavement.
Especially Pavement.

oh my god if I ever had to choose between never eating pizza again or never listening to pavement again I would probably take my own life instead

Today during my class there was an earthquake. Those duck and cover drills we did in elementary school really came in handy! We did get out of class early so that was pretty sweet. Kind of a scary way to leave class though. Hopefully all the afterschocks are over!!

I was in California for 6 months and didn't get any earthquakes. I was disappointed. I've also missed out on huge fires (I was there, but not close enough to the fires to be evacuated or anything). I also want to witness a tornado and take a picture of it. I would really enjoy that.
Today I woke up late and then went to the library where I did stuff. Just now I came home and fed the cats dinner.

oh my god if I ever had to choose between never eating pizza again or never listening to pavement again I would probably take my own life instead I'm kind of on an unwilling Pavement/Malkmus boycott since Matador Records screwed me in the ass Bastards. I can't listen to Pavement without getting angry lately. Grr.

actually being dead and having neither would be worse than choosing between

Most earthquakes in California are not bad actually. I hardly ever feel them. Today's was pretty big though, I was fairly close to the epicenter so that didn't help. There's been little afterschocks all day too, but are super tiny. Oh, and after the earthquake I went for a bike ride. I had to leave my bike at the store though and walk home b/c my f**king lock decided not to work. Hopefully someone can help me unlock it later. Lame.

Update to what I've done today. Had dinner. Only reason I bring it up is that with dinner, I'm drinking a beer my friend brewed. My god, is this a good beer. It's a variation on a pale ale. This guy hopes to open a brewery one day and the sooner the better. (I know many here are too young to drink, I just had to share.)

Let's see, I'm home sick today. I don't recommend eating Pizza Hut salad bar.
Last night I went to rock show extraordinare put on by Harry and the Potters, Uncle Monsterface, and Math the Band. Since it was NASA's 50th birthday I put together a photo booth inspired by the Pershing poster - where people could dress up and get their picture taken in "outer space." Some friends from out of town came up to the show, so it was fun to hang out a little with them and our other friends after the show.

I saw the red one, but not one you could color yourself. I bought a grey phoenix Harry and the Potters one, and a blue moon Math the Band one.
