I'm pretty sure Anderson wasn't involved with Raising Arizona. That's the Coens.

Yeah, Magnolia's one I'm not so sure about yet. I may need to see it again, straight-through this time. I much prefer the others I mentioned, especially There Will Be Blood, which is deliciously frustrating and beautiful. Hard Eight is the only one of his I have yet to see, which should be remedied soon.

I still need to see There Will Be Blood! I've heard its amazing. I'm putting that next on my netflix. Oh, and Grizzly Man is genius in case anyone hasn't seen it. It came out a couple years ago, but is so good. People always think I'm weird for loving that movie but I thnk its incredible.

Ya! It's a comedy, drama, and mystery all in one. Timothy tredwell is the most dynamic person ever. I really do believe that it was his coming out story. And I love the way the director narrates the movie! Genius!!!

I just saw a Coen brother movie starring George Clooney that was fantastic. It was called Intolerable Cruelty.
Clooney at his finest

Hamlet 2. It was the funniest movie I've seen in a really long time.

I cried during pinapple express but i'm not sure if that was the movies fault or not...... in my defense it was a very emotional time.

Ugh, I've heard "Burn After Reading" is great. I won't be able to see it until Friday or Saturday. Blast it all.

Burn After Reading was incredible. I don't want to give anything away, but Clooney was absolutely amazing. Really the entire cast was. My only complaint was that it was too short. Go see it asap!

Fine, never mind Saturday, I'll see it Friday!
Clooney is more and more becoming a favorite actor of mine. I'd be curious to see him in a Charlie Kaufman film. Ooo, here's a dream - a Charlie Kaufman film that is directed by the Coen Brothers. Gah, I'll be trying to figure out a dream cast for that all night.

Oh, and I saw Vicky Christina Barcelona the other weekend. I love Woody Allen, and I thought this was one of his best. But it's really hard to pick a favorite Woody Allen film. I heard that he's making a movie with Larry David, thats going to be amazing.

I'm a little lukewarm on Burn After Reading. It was funny and had a pretty genius story, but the whole thing was a little curt and disposable.

I've heard it's kind of like everyone involved said "Hey! We're friends, we like making movies, we've got some free time, let's have some fun!" and unlike most people who have that conversation, can get a budget and a mass release to go along with it.
After a troubling weekend, I'll be trying to see it in the next couple days so I can decide for myself.
