"Hello from Polyvinyl order dept! This message is to let you know that payment has been accepted for your order #52883 (Pershing). Your order is now ready for packing. You'll be receiving another email confirmation as soon as it ships out.
Thanks! -PV"
I got so excited my eyes started watering.

i has jealous.
i think i'm going to pre-order it, or maybe i'll ask my parents to do it for me. i don't think i want to ask them to send it to latvia because it will take 3 years for it to get here. i don't know, it's a tough call.

yea, kind of defeats the purpose of getting the band name out there but i enjoy it.
everyone who's ordered from polyvinyl before probably got this message in their email just now: "Wow! Thanks to everyone who has pre-ordered the new Somone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin album, Pershing! We literally haven't had this many pre-orders since of Montreal's Hissing Fauna. All pre-orders will ship next Friday and each pre-order gets a free poster, button, sticker, as well as a 3-song digital download card that features exclusive material. Pershing is the follow-up to the critically acclaimed Broom and we're not lying when we say nearly every song sounds like a single."

I just double-posted that e-mail notification in another thread, 'cause I'm a dumbass.
I thought that paragraph was pretty awesome, too.
