Hi. I'm new to the forum, but I signed up to ask a couple questions...
I bought Broom about a month ago, and I loved it (still do of course). I was more than happy to find out about Pershing coming out in April. But when I heard the song "Glue Girls", I didn't really like the song. Does anyone else feel the same way? I don't know what I didn't like about it, maybe it was the crisper, hi-fi sound, or maybe it was the vocals. I don't know. Does anyone else feel this way?

I personally love the new song. If Pershing is anything like Broom, Glue Girls won't sound anything like anything else on the album.
I'm happy that there's a new version of You Could Write a Book. That's one of my favorites.

Well, Phil told me that the rest of the album is more Broom-ish. And other words I hear say it's a lot like their live shows. Hopefully that calms some fears you have.

Yeah. Something about Glue Girls just makes me weirded out. The vocals seem too mainstream, if you will, for SSLYBY. I liked the vocals on Broom.
Eh. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
