I'll be at both. Should be a good time. Both venues (The Basement in Columbus and House of Blues in Cleveland) are pretty intimate. Anyone else going?

So...the columbus show was really cool. The setlist was as follows:
Gwyneth Oregon Girl I am Warm and Powerful House Fire Modern Mystery Half-Awake (Deb) You Could Write A Book Lower the Gas Prices, Howard Johnson The Oceanographer
It was prolly the smallest venue on the tour so far, so the show was really intimate...decent crowd, though. I went out to a bar with SSLYBY and The Cinematics guys afterwards. Definitely a fun and interesting night. All the guys were really cool...and I had never drank with Scotsmen before, so that was fun.
We'll see what Thursday turns out.

Ok...so I don't know if anyone cares...but Thursday was just as incredible. They had some sound check problems, but still had a pretty good set. And Mute Math was effing SICK live. I was kind of blown away...so yeah, go see Mute Math if you get a chance. The SSLYBY setlist was something like:
Gwyneth Pangea I am Warm and Powerful Oregon Girl House Fire Modern Mystery You Could Write a Book The Arrested Development thingy they always play (can't remember the name) The Oceanographer
I think I'm going to put an entry onto iamwarmandpowerful about the two days that I hung out with them...it'll prolly be up in the next week or so.

yeah mute math is nuts haha. i kind of had a headache while they were playing though so i'm not sure if that hesitated my taste for their sound. those blinking lights didn't help my head ache either haha.
but were they like running and climbing everything at your show as well? i thoroughly enjoyed whatever the f**k (lol it automatically corrected my cuss, neat) that instrument was in the final song. kinda sad i left my front row spot because i coulda had a chance to play it lol
yea i think i know what song from the set your talking about, i can never remember the name either.

One of the things that most impressed me about Mute Math was after the show Darren (the drummer) came out to eat with myself and the Boris Yeltsin guys, and he was probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. I mean, to be part of such a sick band and to be so good at what he does, yet still be so modest and down to earth was pretty neat. But, the Boris Yeltsin guys are the same way too. They're all just good people. It makes happy.
